Team-V provides AI-native IT consulting services including software development, AI strategy, cloud infrastructure, and system modernization. All services are provided on a project basis under separate statements of work. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a statement of work, all intellectual property created during a project engagement is assigned to the client upon full payment. Team-V retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Team-V.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary business information, technical specifications, or project details to any third party without your prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team-V's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all work products completed up to the point of termination.
